The HR Intern is expected to learn and to gain practical experience by contributing to general HR related work. The Intern will assist and perform clerical duties, email management and task prioritisation to different HR Facets such as Employee Relations, Recruitment, Preboarding, Organizational Development, Compensation and Benefits, and Performance Management. HR Intern will be exposed to experience practical work in the following HR facets: (1) Employee Relations: Encode data for COE or any employee status change forms Scan, photocopy and file HR documents Assist in any company related office event/ activity (2) Recruitment: Screen resumes Conduct initial interviews and scheduling Encode data for contract agreements (3) Preboarding: Prepare pre-boarding requirements Monitor pre-employment requirement progress (3) Compensation and Benefits Assist in salary benchmark Prepare government forms as needed by employees (4) Performance Management Send calendar invite for the 3rd and 5th month of new hires (5) Organizational Development: Attend meetings on brainstorming for any ongoing HR Projects to be done Internship Qualifications: Takes up Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Psychology Available for an internship program - Preferably for at least 600 hours or 3 months Amenable to work in a Hybrid Set-up (3 Days in the Vertis North Corporate Center 3, Quezon City office , 2 Days WFH) With stable internet connection up to 50mbps internet bandwidth Average oral and written communication skills Good interpersonal skills, d etail-oriented, efficient, passionate to learn and to experience HR related work
