Job Description Encodes Information from department forms into the data system to ensure information is accurately processed. Administers manual encoding of Purchase orders received from customers as Sales order in the exact system or other related programs. Responsible for encoding and recording all production or logistic related transaction in the data base to ensure an accurate inventory of materials and other clerical task needed. Job qualification Graduate of IT or any 4 years related course. Computer literate with experience using Excel and other data entry programs. Proficient in typing and transcription, with computer and technical skills. Can communicate effectively Multi task and flexible in any assigned task. Willing to be assigned in Bagumbayan, Quezon City.
