We help children of all backgrounds, even in the most dangerous places, inspired by our Christian faith.Come join our 33,000+ staff working in nearly 100 countries and share the joy of transforming vulnerable children’s life stories!Key Responsibilities:To provide administrative support to Admin Team.10%1.Support Reception during the absence of the staff in charge, such as accepting and transferring phone calls to the appropriate person in line with the organization's rules.50%2.Support in receiving, inspecting of deliveries and ensure it conforms to the description indicated in the purchase order, waybill, and other contract documents to verify accuracy.3.Pack, seal, and label/tag the goods for shipping. Coordinates with freight forwarder/transport provider on the timely pick-up of the goods.Monitors daily outgoing mail, documents, parcels, and packages received through the mail station. Closely work with the courier and freight service provider for service improvements and issue resolution.30%5.Conduct regular monitoring of pantry, office, and printer supplies/stock availability based on maintaining balance and filing purchase requests if necessary.6.Conducts monthly physical inventory of office supplies, pantry, and printer consumables supplies every end of the month and reconciles the result against the record. Submits inventory reports in a timely manner for checking.10%Provides immediate report to the team on transactions requiring important attention/resolution.Applicant Types Accepted: Local Applicants Only
