Retouchers generally work in digital formats such as Photoshop and provide services for in-house agencies, advertising agencies, retouching houses and magazines. They are often used to edit or extend backgrounds, adjust color tones, retouch skin textures and generally clean up an image.Responsibilities:
Retouch, color correct, crop, and upload product, and model photography, including ZMannequin editing.
Retouch digital images according to styles and regional guides.
Strong color correction skills, matching image sets.
Ensure color consistency across all images per product.
Strong attention to detail: Crop digital images and maintain file size specifications 762x1100 and other canvas such as ICONIC 2362x2953.
Name and maintain digital asset organization.
Upload images to QC local server in accordance to deadlines.
Perform quality assurance on all images.
Receive creative direction from Supervisor and Senior Retoucher and make corrections when necessary.
Suggest ways to constantly improve the workflow. Take initiative and be proactive about helping the retouch team.
Qualifications:
Has a relative work experience as a Photo Retoucher or similar role.
Proficient in Photoshop and its tools.
Has an eye for detail and ability to identify and correct imperfections in images.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Showcase of retouching skills is required: provide portfolio of before and after photos.
