Performs hands-on work in the extrusion of welding electrodes.
Supervise and lead the team in the machine line.
Conduct regular maintenance (e.g. greasing) of machines and equipment.
Ensure all subordinates adhere to safety policies.
Should be willing to work overtime and on Sunday/s as necessary.
Produce production reports for outputs of wire drawing and cutting machines.
