- Assist with alarm tuning and configuration tasks necessary for Security Service deployment to new and existing customers.
- Update client Security presentations and discuss findings with our clients.
- Analyze data from our SOC and SIEM and determine if further analysis is needed.
- Create reports, dashboards, and metrics for clients.
- Create, update, and manage response, runbooks, and walkthrough documents.
- Manage our clients’ security awareness training to help their end users be as safe as possible.
- Participate in the account management meetings with our clients to be the Security point of contact.
- Configure new and existing Security Awareness Training and Phishing Campaigns.
- Recommending future enhancements to our Security Awareness training and phishing campaigns.
- Stay abreast of security events and techniques to keep our clients aware of new threats and attack techniques.
- Assist with analyzing vulnerability scans and determining remediation steps.
- Help support the vulnerability review process along with meeting with clients.
- Solid understanding of network protocols, operating systems, application layer protocols, and security best practices.
- Understanding of cybersecurity threats, and experience with incident response standards and procedures.
- Ability to communicate security information to non-technical people.
- Has a passion for Cyber Security and Cyber Security training.
- Demonstrates comprehension of good security practices
- Knowledge of risk assessment tools, technologies and methods
- Ability to analyze a large amount of data from various sources and use this information to solve complex problems and make good decisions. Must be able to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate within the team and other stakeholders.

- Familiarity with TCP/IP network protocols, application layer protocols (e.g., HTTP, SMTP, DNS, etc.).
- Knowledge of common Windows and Linux/Unix system calls and APIs

- Knowledge of programming languages.
- Knowledge of internal file structures for file formats commonly associated with malware (e.g., OLE, RTF, PDF, EXE, etc.)
