- To perform basic product troubleshooting guided by information found in public documents and limited to business unit products.
- To explain product specifications and product features to customers.
- To gather, collect, organize, and send electronic copies of documentation to the customer.
- To identify project ideas for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in any Engineering course, preferably in Electrical Engineering.
- Solid understanding of basic information about electrical.
- Knowledge about basic installations and applications of wiring and other electrical products.
- Knowledge of hazardous locations and markets.
- Experience in installations and applications of wiring and other related products.
