Qualifications Graduate of Bachelor's / College Degree in Food Tech., Food & Beverage Services Management, Culinary Arts or equivalent 6 months or more work experience, preferably from hotel and/or restaurant industry Thorough experience in hot and cold food preparation Can cook European breads pastries/local breads, native delicacies Have a skills of variety of production preparation and artistically inclined. Can handle various pastry machines Flexibility to work on shifting schedule, weekends, and Holidays Can start ASAP Willing to work in Silang, Cavite Job Description Provides the restaurant and tee houses with freshly baked products. Checks weekend buffet menus and its bakery requirements. Ensures that all breads, cakes and pastries display are properly presented. Forwards recipes on all bakeshop and menu items for costing purposes. Records spoilages. Recycles left over if necessary. Checks daily inventory requisition. Keeps all baking equipment in good condition, reports any wear and tear of all baking equipment. Performs other related tasked that may be assigned by the superiors.
