- Be responsible for all aspects of ENV on site daily work for PH operational sites(R&D), about 60% for Cebu plant, and 40% for Bulacan and Socot plant, etc, maintain/update and arrange permits, ENV reports, monitoring, waste reporting, EIA, ERP, etc.
- To ensure site environmental compliance. Be responsible to establish and complete EMS in PH area, compliance registers, permits, setting tasks and controls, manage data integration, ensure the assigned EMS systems / Env Programs /SOPs are in compliance with EHS laws & regulations as well as ADM policies
- To provide professional support to the Plant Managers and local operational teams to achieve ENV Area KPIs and per location KPIs
- Deliver and develop trainings and documentation for ENV compliance, laws and regulation update, ADM policies and SOP.
- In time event reporting in system, lead local team for investigation and root causes analysis, track the findings status and follow up the actions until items closed.
- Actively work with local operation team/authority/3rd party and other stakeholders
- Actively participate in regional meetings and projects, providing professional support and best practice sharing/lesson learing
- Actively participate in APAC sustainability initiatives(tracking and reporting) and area cross supporting within the region.
- Assist with other function/projects management in APAC region.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental or related field
- At least 5 years experience in the same position or related experience.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written English
- Excellent problem solving skills and projects management skills, teamwork
- Familiar with PH local Env Law & regulations.
- Good computer literacy, especially in MS Words, Excel and Power Point, if familiar with Gemini/Sphera will be a preference
- Familiar with ISO 14001:2015, Lead auditor will be a preference.
