Job Overview:We are looking for an Accounting Asst. Manager/ Senior Accountant who will be responsible in maintaining the company's accounting records, recording transactions accurately, assisting with payroll and other accounts, and summarizing financial data for clients. Ideally, must have a minimum of 2 years experience and are accustomed to managing company transactions and bookkeeping.Responsibilities and Duties:Perform payroll and tax payments accurately and on timeReconcile all accounts as neededRecord incoming and outgoing transactions and post them to the right accountsProcess various financial reportsAssist in preparing business activity statements and incoming activity statementsMaintain and balance ledgers that are accurate, complete and currentPerform all activities related to accounts payable including reviewing and processing paymentsPerform account receivable functions including invoicing, deposit, billing, and revenue recognitionPrepare financial reports through data collection, analysis, and summarization * Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules and regulations for all work to ensure compliance with applicable standards

Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a similar fieldPreferably CPAKnowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsKnowledge in different accounting tools is a plusAbility to quickly learn new systems and toolsStrong attention to detail, organized, and a team playerHigh level of written and verbal skillsCandidate must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
