The Medical City Ortigas is currently in search of a proficient NURSING INSTRUCTOR: Responsible in the creation training modules and facilitation of trainings such as orientation, lecture updates and other training programs under Nursing Services Division. Responsibilities: Conducts proficiency examination for RNs, auxiliaries and ward clerks. Facilitates competency skills check for RNs, auxiliaries & ward clerks. Promotes career growth by conducting lectures that promotes skills enhancement among RNs, auxiliaries and ward clerks. Facilitates grand rounds and practices collaborative role seeking assistance from MD (resource speaker) Enhances knowledge of the nurse by conducting up to date lectures Trains selected HN and Supervisor for patient education programs within the institution. Conducts lecture in the IVT program of MDs and Interns Conducts orientation program for new RNs, Auxiliaries that will be assigned in the unit. Ensures that all staff members under NSD attend core training every 2 years. Conducts skills enhancement program for nurses and auxiliaries. Trains nurses and auxiliaries with the use of machines and equipment Arrange the conduction of certification program on a regular basis. Qualifications: Must be a registered Nurse. With at least 9 units of Masters Degree in Nursing At least 3 years' experience as an Instructor or Supervisor Enjoy the benefits of working with us!
