- Communicate with clients, their customers, and suppliers via phone, email, or chat.
- Attend or facilitate client meetings and training as required.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions for assigned line of business.
- Monitor incoming emails from client’s suppliers and customers, process requests using client and Payreto tools.
- Follow up on pending cases when necessary.
- Reconcile payments against wallet transactions and verify inventory receipt for suppliers.
- Send invoices, payment notifications, and other required documents based on client instructions.
- Create and submit purchase orders to client suppliers and banks.
- Initiate payments for select client customers/merchants.
- Generate reports from client systems as arranged.
- Check and verify team members' work when required.
- Escalate cases to Team Lead or client as needed.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, especially in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent fields.
- Minimum one year of experience in back-office document processing for e-wallets, loans, or insurance applications, OR at least two years of BPO inbound voice/email/chat experience in international customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using online search engines for information retrieval.
- Average logical and verbal reasoning abilities.
- Ability to make correct decisions based on rules and policies.
- Process-oriented and quality-conscious.
- Highly analytical.
- Good to excellent proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets, etc.
