Job Title: Floral 3D Renderer/Designer Job Summary: A Floral 3D Renderer/Designer is responsible for designing and executing unique and eye-catching floral arrangements for various events and occasions. This role requires a keen eye for design, knowledge of different flowers and their characteristics, and the ability to bring creative visions to life. Working hours: 9 am to 5 pm EST (Monday to Friday) Responsibilities: Create a sketch/3d design for flower arrangements for weddings and events Floral Design Integration: Collaborate with floral designers to understand their creative concepts and design requirements. Integrate floral design elements into 3D models, ensuring accurate representation of various flowers, foliage, and accessories. 3D Rendering: Use advanced 3D rendering software to create high-quality, realistic renderings of floral arrangements. Pay attention to lighting, shading, and textures to achieve lifelike visual effects. Innovative Design Concepts: Bring a creative flair to the integration of floral designs, exploring unique and innovative concepts in the 3D space. Propose and implement new ideas to enhance the overall visual impact of rendered floral scenes. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand project goals and objectives. Incorporate client feedback and iterate on 3D models to meet and exceed expectations. Project Management: Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain project continuity and successful execution. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on rendered images, ensuring accuracy and alignment with design specifications. Refine and adjust 3D models based on feedback and quality standards. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends in floral design and 3D rendering technologies. Implement industry best practices to maintain a cutting-edge approach to design and rendering. Qualifications: Proven experience as a 3D Renderer and Floral Designer, demonstrating a strong portfolio in both areas. Proficiency in 3D rendering software such as Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, or similar tools. Experience in Quickbooks and WhatsApp is needed. In-depth knowledge of floral design principles, flower varieties, and arrangements. Strong artistic and creative skills with an eye for detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and clients. Project management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
