About the job Admin General AssistantPosition Title: Admin General AssistantSalary: 30,000 - 35,000 PHP monthlyReports To: Partner, Partner AdvisorPrimary Relationships: Partner StaffDate: April 2024Schedule: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PHTResponsibilities:Help schedule our field staff with their clients you'll become an expert on how to schedule in ABSAnswer phones and greet people in a friendly and helpful manner, direct them as neededCall/text our field staff to confirm, or revise, clock in and clock out times help train them on our technology to clock in and out of their shiftsParticipate in our office rotation of answering phones after hours (there is extra pay for this)Grade quizzes that our field staff is required to take each year, and communicate results to our Branch ManagerUpload documents to our ABS system or our Workbright HR system as neededConduct a basic screening of applicants interested in our home health aide and nursing positions, pass on information to RecruiterOther general administrative duties to assist the office staffInitially, this role will be Monday through Friday 9am-5pm ET but will eventually switch to Thursday through Monday 9am-5pmQualifications:Have a very strong command of English and be able to connect with people over the phone and have a conversationHave a sense of urgency and be able to multitaskBe able to think critically and problem solveHave a desire to be part of team and communicate frequently with your coworkers to provide status or ask for helpBe very comfortable with technology: We use Vonage for phones, Emitrr for texting, Teams for in-office messaging/cloud storage and MS Office applications for everyday workYou have some knowledge of home care or what nurses and home health aides toThe ability to influence people during a phone conversation. For example, being comfortable telling a home health aide that a last minute cancellation is not acceptable and we expect them to go to work or face disciplinary action.
