Manage the work of the team around extranet, booking experience, payments and with an emphasis on building best practice technology for the Hotel industry.What you'll do...

Take lead of the agile team/s as Product Owner
Provide vision and direction to the agile team and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
Lead and manage agile ceremonies such as refinement, planning, reviews, and retrospectives, etc
Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prepared backlog items to work on
Define product release plans and communicate delivery progress/milestones to stakeholders
Keep abreast of Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
Explore and refine the product roadmap by partnering closely with Product Manager & Product Director
Participate and contribute to research on new greenfield products that change the way our customers use SiteMinder

What you'll have...

Great communicator, negotiator, and facilitator
Passionate Agilist with 3+ years working with Agile delivery teams preferable
Excel at internal and external stakeholder management
Have an understanding of product management practices
Working in an agile software delivery environment (sprint planning, retrospective, refinement and demo )
