- Help the organization determine appropriate rewards for its employees by understanding motivations of the workforce, keeping abreast with the ongoing and relevant trends and practices
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that align with organizational goals, statutory requirements, and market trends.
- Conduct regular relevant studies and/or benchmarking analyses to ensure competitive compensation packages for attracting and retaining top talent.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring we are compliant with statutory requirements including managing process and policy changes needed to adhere changing local laws.
- Oversee implementation of company-initiated benefits including but not limited to Group Life Insurance (GLI), Health Medical Insurance (HMO) and others.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to compensation and benefits.
- Lead the management of workload and processes ensuring that the company is getting reimbursed by the state for benefits that it advances, HMO bills do not exceed what we must rightfully pay for, etc.
- Utilize advanced HRIS (Human Resources Information System) tools and technologies to oversee and manage HR data and analytics, including employee demographics, employment history, benefits, performance, and compensation.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports, providing timely and accurate data-driven insights to senior leadership for strategic planning and decision-making.
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in HR data to proactively address workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate HR processes including data management, reporting, and employee self-service tools.
