- Manages and maintains comprehensive administrative filing system including archival and storage inventories.
- Manages administration for third-party services and timely compliance to local and government requirements.
- Assists in coordinating special events such Townhall Meeting, Employee Service Awards, Annual Dinner, etc.
- Undertakes other duties and exercise flexibility and undertake additional duties from time to time as assigned and agreed by line manager
- Assists in formation and review of human resource and employment strategies and policies
- Supports implementation of HR Strategy with a particular focus on supporting to achieve company targets
- Supports in the development and management of HR information systems and reporting mechanisms
- Attends to Audit requirements of Clients
- Manages recruitment effort for all job positions in the organization; employee orientations; talent management program, employee relations counselling, exit interviews; writes and places advertisements
- Develops and administer various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel
- Manages & maintains other records, reports, and logs to confirm to EEO regulations
- Develops, recommend, and implement personnel policies and procedures
- Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings, such a seminars
- Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems, and recommends necessary changes
- Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed
- Coordinates manpower requisition from the concerned department.
- Coordinates candidate requirement and accordingly drafting a job description and getting it approved from the concerned person.
- Sources candidates that match the desired skills
- Screens candidates by via telephone or personal interviews
- Arranges for technical interview and coordinating with the concerned person.
- Communicates employment status to the applied candidates
- Maintaining and updating the database of the candidates
- Conducts background verification of the shortlisted candidates.
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Psychology or BSBA Human Resource Development Management or any related course
- Open to Fresh Graduates
- Advantage with related experience in HR
- With good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kalawaan, Pasig
