Troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely Admin for Software like Microsoft O365, Go Daddy, M3 (Accounting Software), Profitsword (Bus Intel), Concur among others Check Data Integrity among systems Monitor Cyber security Create and maintain hardware inventory. Qualifications Describe the qualifications the staff must have in terms of skills and capabilities 3-5 Years experience in IT Helpdesk Experience Managing Microsoft Office Products (Certification a plus) Experience Providing Remote IT support Experience in Cyber Security Hotel Experience a plus Communication Skills (English Speaking) Technical Proficiency
