Optometrist

• Providing patient education prescribes corrective eyeglasses and contact lenses, and offers professional advice to maintain, improve, and correct vision.
• Educating and advising patients on contact lens use and care, ocular hygiene, preventive care, and maintenance.
• Writing referrals to ophthalmologists if necessary for patients upon assessment to ensure continuity of care for the patient.
• Helping customers choose the right products (frames, lenses, and lens coatings) based on their needs, preferences, and wants.
• Developing a strong customer service orientation and good company-patient relationship to make sure that the customer’s eyewear and eye care needs will be fulfilled.
• Maintaining patient/customer satisfaction, ensuring the return of business, and referral business with patient/customer follow-ups.

• You must possess a valid professional license (passed the board, bar, or professional license exam) or a doctorate (Ph.D.) in optometry or equivalent.
• You have at least two years of experience in optometry.
• You must have good interpersonal skills and be a team player.
• You must be attentive to details and precise.
• You must be able to operate and use specialized equipment.
• You must be willing to be assigned to BGC, Taguig.
• You are a strong networker and relationship builder.
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
