The Role You Will Be Responsible For Driving the store's sales and service performance. Ensuring a seamless in-store customer experience and overseeing the order fulfillment processes for customers in store. Implementing corporate policies and initiatives at the store level. Working closely with buying and visual merchandising teams to ensure that the store is stocked with the right inventory and adheres to brands' visual merchandising requirements. Ensuring the implementation and development of CRM initiatives to develop a network of clientele for the store. Ideal Profile You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Retail. You are service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills. You are resourceful, driven, and are able to multi-task and manage store operations effectively.
