Planate Management Group (PMG) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, and Orlando, Florida USA with technical support centers in South East Asia and East Africa, that provide program management and facilities engineering services worldwide. Planate is a small business provider of planning, design, infrastructure management, technical consulting, engineering, and construction management services in support of the US Department of Defense (DOD) and its Service (Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps) missions, along with other US federal agencies, all over the world. Currently, we are looking for an HR Training Intern who will be assigned to work with our Training Team. He/she will be assisting in the preparation of training materials and searching for appropriate training for all existing and new Planate employees. This is a paid internship. The location of work is in Subic Bay Freeport Zone. Key Responsibilities look for service providers, check provider training schedules, course offerings, and mode of learning, training cost, etc. Assist in the preparation of materials e.g., videos, exams, handouts, and upload them to internal file-sharing sites Coordinate with service providers for logistical and administrative requirements i.e., food, venue, accommodation Monitor and maintain/update employee records i.e., certificates, credentials, licenses Answer to basic correspondence, inquiries, and training related requests Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
