Listing Marketing Specialist

• Collecting, fact-checking, and interpreting data to develop marketing deliverables
• Crafting compelling copies and other written materials, including property descriptions, photo captions, email campaigns, and feedback reports
• Creating marketing collaterals such as flyers and brochures to showcase our listings
• Editing and proofreading content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines
• Prioritizing tasks based on urgency to meet deadlines

• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)

• At least a high school diploma, not currently studying
• Full-time availability with no conflicting commitments
• At least 2 years of experience in a real estate company or working for an individual real estate agent
• Experience in Texas real estate is a plus, but not required
• Can adapt writing styles that fit the company's needs
• Portfolio of written works

• Processor - Intel Core-i3 (8th Generation) or equivalent AMD Ryzen or Apple M1 chips
• Memory - 8GB+ RAM
• Available Hard Disk Drive Space - At least 1GB
• Operating System - Windows OS: Windows 10 or later / Mac OS: Mac OS X 10.8 or later
• Internet: Main connection (at least 50 Mbps; fiber or DSL) / Backup connection (at least 20 Mbps)
• Headset - with noise-canceling feature and a microphone
• Working camera / webcam for virtual meetings

• Exceptional writing, proofreading, and research skills
• Experience with content management systems
• Intermediate knowledge of Canva
• Basic knowledge of Dropbox and MS Outlook
• Basic knowledge of graphic design is a plus, but not required
• Experience with HAR.com / HAR MLS system is a plus but not required

• Permanently and fully work-from-home (9 AM to 6 PM CST schedule)
