ADMINISTRATIVE1. Prepares and coordinates the agenda of cases, appointments, and other work assignments for the Corporate Legal Affairs Department (CLAD).2. Organizes and keeps updated the portfolios assigned to or handled by the CLAD.LEGAL1. Assist lawyers in legal research, evaluation of cases, drafting ad review of contracts and similar documents, and rendering legal opinion.2. Prepares correspondence, legal documents, and pleadings.3. Liaise, when necessary, any legal concerns involving the company to appropriate government agencies.4. Represents, when allowable, the company in legal proceedings involving the company.
