FCAW/ MIG Welder Fabricators

• Operate and maintain welding equipment, including FCAW (Flux Core Arc Welding) and MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or product specifications to determine the sequence and methods of fabricating, assembling, and welding.
• Measure, cut, and assemble metal projects using an electric arc and inert gas.
• Inspect weld strength during and after the welding process.
• Ensure the work area is safe and procedures are followed to prevent accidents.
• Select suitable material for each job and ensure its quality.
• Determine gas ratios for each job and adjust as necessary.
• Repair damaged metal components as needed.
• Perform quality control checks on completed projects.
• Collaborate with a team to complete large-scale projects.
