Evaluating, analyzing, and implementing all Human Resources activities which include, but are not limited to employee engagement and relations, compensation and benefits, performance management 2. Provide consulting services, through cross-departmental partnerships, to managers regarding team member performance, management practices, human resource policies, and compensation 3. Conducting initial orientation to newly hired or newly promoted employees and other HR learning sessions 4. Ensure maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all employee data and all phases of Human Resources processes, working within HRIS tools, in accordance with company policy and statutory/local laws 5. Prepare documentary requirements for HR Partners handling labor-related cases, as necessary 6. Communicate and reinforce the Company's values, philosophies, and Leadership Behaviors to assist in the development of a high-performing organization Qualifications: 1. Bachelors degree in human resources or related is a plus. 2. 2 years of experience as an HR coordinator. 3. Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations. 4. Efficient HR administration and people management skills. 5. Excellent record-keeping skills. 6. Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices. 7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 8. Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines. 9. Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office, Google Sheet and Excel. 10. Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills. 11.
