- Provide solutions to customer concerns and make follow through to ascertain satisfaction of resolution.
- Assist customers with inquiries and information requests.
- Abide by the company and client policies in handling customer concerns.
2. Must be college graduate of any 4 year course with 6 months BPO experience
3. Also accepting 2nd year college undergraduate with 2 years BPO experience (voice, blended or non-voice)
4. Good English communication skills
5. Willing to work onsite in Cubao QC (near MRT station) and on shifting or night shift schedule
