About You The Supply Chain Team orchestrates delivery of products purchased on Tribute's eCommerce platform. We have three objectives: 1) deliver a best-in-class post-purchase experience, 2) strengthen unit economics, and 3) nurture partner relationships. Specialist is a frontline contact offering support to Tribute's network of florists, primarily via phone and email communications. This position also interacts with internal business units, working closely with peers and the Supply Chain Manager to whom they report. What You'll Do Provide accurate, professional, and timely resolution to florist requests and inquiries Execute changes to florist catalog, including assortment and pricing changes Document communications and outcomes within ticketing system Recognize complex vendor issues and escalate key findings and recommendations to leadership Independently gather data points critical to vendor onboarding from a variety of sources Independently process vendor performance reporting using business intelligence tools Complete data entry with eye toward precision and speed Promptly begin each shift; this role works 40 hours per week Other duties as assigned What You'll Need Associate's degree or equivalent work experience 2-3 years of experience in online, B2B, or DTC customer service Proficiency in English language; strong oral and written communication skills Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office products Travel None outside of commute to office.
