SUMMARY: Responsible for the overall operations of the Engineering Department. Qualifications Engineering Graduate, preferably a licensed Mechanical Engineer With at least 10 years managerial experience in HVAC, general equipment maintenance, and warranty management Knowledgeable in kitchen, laundry equipment, & air-conditioning With at least ten (10) years' experience as a Manager With experience in after sales service, parts sales, managing targets, contract negotiation, inventory forecasting, and accounts receivable management With good customer service, negotiation, and presentation skills High proficiency in MS Office especially in MS Excel. Duties And Responsibilities Organizes, plans and coordinates all after sales activities of the department. Maintains close liaison with customers and suppliers. Prepares summary of parts sales forecasts for the division. Negotiates service contracts. Updates management on the progress of escalated service activities and acquires management approval on recommended action. Assists in the formulation of short and long range planning and in the preparation of forecasts and other required reports. Prepares and/or reviews costing and selling prices to maximize contribution and win biddings. Manages the credit and collection activities of the department. Ensures that Ars are paid on time. Recruits and assigns enough qualified personnel to adequately cover customer service requests. Works hand in hand with customer's installation and maintenance engineers until every major equipment purchased is installed and commissioned. *Provides the necessary personality in closing or finalizing sales negotiations and contracts. * HIRING RANGE : Php 60,000-120,000 NOTE : This is DIRECT HIRE, this is not an AGENCY.
