We are looking for Junior Accounting Associates to join our fast-growing company. Duties and Responsibilities Depending on the experience of the Applicant, the following tasks are expected to be performed immediately (for Applicants with previous experience) or after being trained by a Senior Associate (for Fresh Graduates): In charge of overall outputs and client relationship for the assigned client portfolio Respect accounting policies and procedures in line with the internal requirements and the requirements of the clients Using our cloud-based accounting softwares, manage the general ledgers including journal entries, accounts payables, receivables, payroll, depreciation/amortization, etc. Manage month / quarter / year -end closing of accounts, bank reconciliation, and prepare clients' financial reports Preparation of tax filings and reports in compliance with BIR and statutory agencies Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and/or Accountancy Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply Proficient in Microsoft and/or Google Suite Must be detail oriented and highly organized Can work with minimal supervision Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English
