- Merge and delete account information using the available CRM tools.
- Review and upload clean data using the Salesforce data loader.
- Ensure adherence to the process according to the Service Level Agreements regarding account cleanup.
- Coordinate with respective business unit leaders to ensure proper daily reporting and status of the Everclean project.
- A degree is preferable, Communication, Business, Computer Science are preferred disciplines. College graduates who are high achievers with a drive to succeed.
- 2 or more years of experience in Sales Operations, Data Steward, or Program Management role supporting global sales teams.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience or exposure to CRM solutions (Salesforce knowledge is a plus)
- Accurate, with very good attention to detail. Able to spot and rectify errors.
- Ability to gather and translate business needs to validate and support reporting requirements.
- Highly developed PC skills.
- Organized and good presentation skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Able to get the job done with minimal direction and supervision.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving environment.
- Team player with the ability to build strong peer and interpersonal relationships.
- Able to take initiative/responsibility to support the team in their common goals.
- The desire to learn and explore new technology within Infor is fundamental along with the ability to communicate at all levels within the company.
