Job Description:Main Purpose
  • Oversee the testing of the product or service to ensure adherence to industry and organization's standards. Improve business processes and systems to streamline these processes and reduce costs. Leads defect management life cycle. Manages the reports Software Test Metrics and Measurements.
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday (8AM-5:30PM)

  • Manages end-to-end testing of the project
  • Manages QA team to implement and execute quality assurance processes
  • Participate in the design and planning process with stakeholders t understand the scope, risks and priorities regarding quality
  • Manages resource allocation actively and prioritize jobs in collaboration with team leads and project managers
  • Prepares master test plan based on the project's technical implementation plan and detailed functional specifications
  • Facilitates identification of test scenarios and test cases
  • Reviews and approves test deliverables for system acceptance test and performance test
  • Prepares and executes user acceptance kick-off
  • Facilitate test readiness check
  • Resolves escalated testing related issues
  • Facilitates sign off of user acceptance certificate
  • Prepares daily testing status project
  • Provide timely communication and reporting of QA project status to relevant participants and stakeholders
  • Lead initiatives to improve testing coverage, test automation and team efficiency
  • Track QA metrics and prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports
  • Provides coaching to software quality analysts
  • Prepares and conducts performance appraisals for the team
Qualifications
  • Graduate of BS in Computer Science or any related courses
  • Certification in Software Quality Assurance is an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years of experience software quality assurance and leadership or supervisory level
  • Proven expertise in software testing methodologies, tools and techniques
  • Proven track record of leading QA teams and managing software testing projects from initiation to completion
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in manual and automated testing tools and frameworks
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Amenable to work onsite in Laguna International Industrial Park, Mamplasan, Binan, Laguna
