They have been consistently recognized as one of the Top 10 Brokerages in Australia by Insurance Business for 10 consecutive years.The team is currently massively expanding and wants to hire Insurance Brokerages in Manila, Philippines, and KL, Malaysia.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To provide solutions to clients to support their business sustainability.
  • Providing thorough support in the policy pre-renewal process by meticulously managing documentation, and coordinating the dispatch of renewal notices under the direction of Account Executives.
  • Enhancing team efficiency by organizing client information and ensuring timely updates are executed in internal CRM management systems
  • A proactive approach to the policy pre-renewal phase, helping Account Executives ensure all client interactions and policy information are up-to-date and accurately recorded in the company's CRM system.
  • Conduct compliance checks on renewing policy documents
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • At least 5-7 years of extensive experience in the Insurance industry supporting the Australian Market
  • A foundational understanding of corporate and commercial sector insurance products, and legislative obligations.
  • Experience with the INSIGHT, SCTP Sunrise or equivalent Client and Policy Management system will be an added advantage
  • Prior experience using insurance CRM systems.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Well-developed communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
