- To provide solutions to clients to support their business sustainability.
- Providing thorough support in the policy pre-renewal process by meticulously managing documentation, and coordinating the dispatch of renewal notices under the direction of Account Executives.
- Enhancing team efficiency by organizing client information and ensuring timely updates are executed in internal CRM management systems
- A proactive approach to the policy pre-renewal phase, helping Account Executives ensure all client interactions and policy information are up-to-date and accurately recorded in the company's CRM system.
- Conduct compliance checks on renewing policy documents
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 5-7 years of extensive experience in the Insurance industry supporting the Australian Market
- A foundational understanding of corporate and commercial sector insurance products, and legislative obligations.
- Experience with the INSIGHT, SCTP Sunrise or equivalent Client and Policy Management system will be an added advantage
- Prior experience using insurance CRM systems.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Well-developed communication and problem-solving skills
