Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team and support our inventory and operations department. The ideal candidate will have excellent data entry skills and a strong understanding of inventory management and operations processes. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data related to inventory and operations, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and error-free. Key Responsibilities Enter and update inventory data in the company's database, including product information, quantities, and locations. Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure accuracy and timely replenishment- Work closely with the operations team to maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments. Assist with the preparation and processing of purchase orders and invoices. Conduct regular audits of inventory data to identify any discrepancies or issues. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient flow of information and timely resolution of any inventory or operations-related problems. Generate and maintain reports related to inventory levels, and other operational metrics. Provide support for inventory and operations-related projects as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business administration, inventory management, or operations is a plus. Proven experience in data entry, purchase orders, or similar roles- Strong understanding of inventory management and operations processes Excellent attention to detail and accuracy- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Microsoft Excel working with Pivot and Vlookup. Ability to work independently and in a team setting Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines
