- Updates job knowledge by ensuring alignment in the standard operation procedure of the following main operating activities (as applicable)
- Operations: AWB & HBL Creations, Shipment creations and update, events Managements, Job file Registration.
- Finance Ops: Supplier matching and registration
- Value Added Services: Transport Order Management and Customs Compiling
- Other IFF, Regional, Back Office - related services.
- Expected to be 100% productive on a day to day activity job assignment.
- Monitor all transactions and ensure compliance to the quality agreement with the business partners.
- Coordinate with BLX entities and aid remotely to resolve all jobs request
- Ensure optimal level of customer service and collaborative with different departments and functions for all request to meet the agreed turnaround time.
- Ensure and maintain effective professional relationship with colleagues
- participate in the set up of follow up of the internal standard procedures to enhance productivity and transparency.
- Maintain acceptable Health, Safety and Environmental risk levels in his/ her area of responsibility
- Ensure the compliance with the applicable legal requirements.
- With Account background or must be a graduate of Accounting or any related course
- With working experience in the same field
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- With good interpersonal and communication skills
- With the ability to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Basic Excel skills are essential
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
