Log all calls for monitoring and follow-ups.

Filipino
Bachelors degree graduate or undergraduate; OR, High school graduate with a technical background
Minimum 6 months BPO or call center experience preferred but Not Required
Amenable to work on shifting schedule. Willing to be assigned Cebu.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
With computer navigation skills and typing speed of 25-30wpm
