The HR Officer (Generalist) provides holistic HR support to the organization and its employees. 1) Talent Acquisition In charge of sourcing talents (job postings, initial screening/interviews) and ensuring that the staffing needs of the organization are being met Manages onboarding process and assimilates new hires effectively to Stratminds' business, policy, and values, culture Maintains employee records and files Facilitates offboarding (clearance, exit interview, backpay, etc) 2) Employee Relations Responsible for the implementation of company policies and other labor relations Assists in further developing HR policies and procedures Handles resignation and termination procedures including cases with legal matters 3) Compensation & Benefits Works closely with the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate payroll Ensures compliance with the following government agencies rules and regulations: BIR, SSS, Philhealth, and Pag-IBIG Conducts salary benchmarking and market alignment of benefits/perks to ensure the competitiveness of the organization's total rewards package 4) Others Employee Engagement (Reinforcement/Establishing of Culture) Learning & Development (Specialized Training, DOLE mandated training like OSH) Performance Management (Performance Evaluation/Goal Setting) Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
