Qualification And Needed Work Experience Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Legal Management/Political Science or its equivalent. Minimum of 1-year work experience as a Paralegal / Legal Assistant or related works is preferred but not required. Must be highly organized. Ability to multi-task with exceptional organizational skills. High level of written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Proficient typing skills and skilled in basic MS Office programs. Duties And Responsibilities Will be responsible for providing legal administrative and clerical support. The successful candidate will assist on document management; drafting proofing and editing the corporation's legal documents and corporate correspondence. Will coordinate directly with the corporation's Legal Manager, Corporate Secretary and Assistant Corporate Secretary Act as the Corporation's liaison and representative for any corporate governance matters. Manage and organize case files. Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Legal Team. Assist the Corporation's lawyers, as required & requested. Perform other related duties, as required & requested.
