Description: Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist the managing partners in drafting pleadings - Research on jurisprudence and applicable laws for pending cases of the firm - Accommodate clients in filing complaint-affidavits with the city prosecutor for criminal cases - Prepare & reviews contract and render opinions for retainer clients - Personal filing of motions and pleadings - Assist clients on legal consultation - Assist in conducting corporate housekeeping and due diligence - Assist in notarization of legal documents - Attend court hearings & labor cases - Assist the Liaison Officer in filing of legal documents with the Bureau of Immigration - Other legal duties assigned from time to time Qualifications: Bachelor's of Laws Requirements: Skills: (Not indicated)
