The Education Administrative Assistant is responsible for handling documentation and correspondence in support of Conexus Academy functions This includes the management of administrative tasks required within the education department, supporting the educators, and providing them the freedom to deliver high-quality education to positively impact the overall Healthcare Professional (HCP) experience. The role holder is expected to work from the office in Ortigas two times a week. The rest of the work week can be remote. Deliverables: Delivers the agreed strategy with a specific focus on supporting the Educators with: Enrollments into programs on designated education platforms Monitoring progress throughout assigned programs Uploading certificates and transcripts into BSS from multiple platforms Scheduling clinical assessment interviews with educators Set up webinars according to educators' schedules on the GoToWebinar Platform Creating webinar invitations for MLS/RN/EPP Sending invites to MLS/EPP/Nursing HCPs for scheduled monthly webinars Checking compliance with mandatory education Sending timely reminders to complete assignments. Proactively alerts educators or department managers if compliance issues are noticed. Supports Conexus colleagues with clinical questions and issues. Analyzes survey data and ensures educators are aware of the need to follow up with remediation options. Run reports from multiple platforms and distribute for Educator compliance review. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, e-mail, spreadsheets, and managing files and records and other office procedures at a proficient level. Proficient in MS Office programs, including Teams, Bookings, and Forms. Technical Knowledge: Microsoft Office suite, specifically. Outlook Bookings Forms Teams Accurate use of Editing and Grammarly tools Survey Monkey or equivalent survey tool. Database familiarity
