Our commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction drives our ongoing success.Job Description:Responsible for managing the Philippines-based HelloConnect Logistics team, delegating daily tasks, managing team training, onboarding, OKR responsibilities, holidays, and team-building activities.Lead and manage the HC logistics team ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and performance standards.Build and maintain daily task checklists for the team and ensure all tasks are completedComplete performance reviews of the direct team members and support hiring for new roles.Building standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the direct and indirect teams, identifying areas for improvement, and maintaining a proactive approach to prevent potential challenges.Assisting the HelloFresh Inbound Logistics team with reporting and analysis support, ensuring coverage during peak periods and vacations, and enhancing collaboration with HelloFresh Logistics Specialists.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and quality assurance, to foster seamless collaboration and communication.Plan and run regular engagement events with the Philippines-based HelloConnect team.Skills and preferred qualifications:

Must be willing to work on night shift and weekends
Can report to our Taguig office when needed
At least 2 years as a Team Lead for Logistics Operations
5 years experience in Logistics and Supply Chain, preferably in the food or CPG industry
Candidates with US logistics and geography are preferred
Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with Microsoft Excel are a must

Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processesThe ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentOutstanding organization and oriented

A strong communicator: you are proficient in both written and verbal communication and use your skills to clearly articulate problems, processes, and decision-making clearly

Unused leave credits can be converted into money for a maximum of 5 days, provided at the end of the year
13th-month pay calculated proportionally based on the duration of employment
Long Service Benefit is granted at a rate of 0.5 times your monthly basic salary per year of service, capped at a maximum of 2 monthly salaries
Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage is available for the principal employee from the first day of employment and for one dependent after one year
Group Life Insurance is provided
Paid time off includes 10 days per year during the first year of employment, and 20 days per year starting from the second year of employment.
