Finance Officer (Senior), be 100% YOU with MicroSourcing! A Finance Officer (Senior) is expected to: Accounts Receivable (AR) - Domestic clients Invoicing domestic clients by Sales Department. Complete journals in Xero for the whole domestic client invoicing and payment (no invoice is generated from Xero). Accounts Receivable (AR) - Commercial clients Generate Statement of Intent to Claim (SOIC) report to individual commercial clients, which will be returned once clients have approved their jobs. Follow up by email for accounts that are 14 days overdue. Advise the Sales Department if there are issues on non-payment so that jobs cannot be booked. Liaise with the Sales Department if the client pays and then the job can be booked. Liaise with commercial clients as required. Accounts Payable (AP) Monitor Accounts email for any enquires and for invoices/statements received. Process AP invoices in Xero and schedule for the payment day, checking for purchase order, payment terms and other pre-existing payment arrangements. Bookkeeping Assist with bank reconciliation of four accounts and include supporting information as required, e.g. credit card purchase approval form. Investigate missing documents and follow up staff as needed. Payroll Set up of employee profile, complete terminations etc Interpret the timesheet into wage time calculator using GPS tracking. Provide weekly finish time to management by email every morning. Complete the wage time calculator and send it off to management to approve the hours. Annual leave and sick leave or unpaid leave will be added into the wage time calculation. Reporting Support management and other teams as required. Ad hoc reporting and upload to SharePoint.
