- Coordinate the team handling our new client (restaurant) onboarding, demonstrating your ability to schedule appropriately and ensure projects are completed on time.
- Set and optimize employee schedules to align with business demand, making sure we have the right people working at the right times.
- Communicate with other departments like Sales and Customer Success, employing your proactive communication skills and responsiveness.
- Use your problem-solving skills to handle last minute changes, ensuring client satisfaction and successful onboarding experiences.
- Experience leading and coordinating the work of others.
- Exceptional verbal communication abilities.
- A quick learner, team player, and self-motivated individual.
- Demonstrated ability to work under time constraints with high attention to detail.
- Client-Centric Mindset: Strong focus on delivering exceptional service to clients, building trust, and fostering long-term relationships.
- Project Management Expertise: Skilled in organizing, planning, and executing projects from conception to completion within tightly scheduled timelines. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, JIRA) is a plus.
- A can-do attitude, punctual attendance, and a flexible approach to a non-traditional work schedule.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a curious, learning-oriented mindset.
- High proficiency with office computer applications, e.g. Excel, Word, etc
- Previous experience in customer service, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
