- Be in charge of leading the stewarding team to ensure operational efficiency, driving quality standards, whilst ensuring a high level of staff engagement
- Establish and implement a loss prevention system to maintain breakages and losses of operating equipment to the minimum
- Conduct regular spot checks on the Food & Beverage related areas to ensure that the hygiene and sanitizations are maintained
- Inspect the cleanliness of the back of house areas including receiving, kitchens, steward storerooms and dish rooms to maintain adherence to the hotel and municipality rules of sanitation, safety and physical appearance.

- Enjoys interacting with people
- Continuously looks for ways to develop themselves as well as others
- Communicates with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
- Has an in-depth understanding of restaurant operation and management
- Leads by example and facilitates team cohesiveness
- Preferably possesses experience from a 5* international hotel
- Enjoys planning, organising and problem solving
- Is a self-starter and can drive the team to optimize business revenue
