Ensures that the requested items are properly endorsed to the authorized Officers/staff for implementation.Receiving, recording and distribution of incoming documents, ID's, mobile device to BusinessMaintains filing systems, preparing, and sorting mails.Supervision for the up keeps of meeting rooms including the cleanliness.Monitor the calendars for the schedule/reservation of conference rooms and equipment; provides information to employees based on the requirement.Coordinates with the janitorial staff to set up the required conference rooms and equipment based on the arrangement.Coordinates with the catering services or food delivery to Officers, if required.Coordination with Maintenance Team on the work orders received.
