Designs and estimates the cost of mechanical systems for fit-out projects: (MEPFS, HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing), (Dialux, voltage drop and short circuit calculation), (CCTV, structured cabling, FDAS, Fire Alarm and Access Conrol)
Attends meetings with client and local suppliers. Evaluate quotations technically and provides technical feedback.
Inspects the sites to evaluate existing conditions of Mechanical installation and/or to estimate the amount of work to execute new engineering systems
Inspects the sites whenever it is required to solve issues, or to support site implementation team.
Reports to Technical, Design and QS managers

Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Electronics and Communication Engineering
Willingness to travel locally (eventually internationally)
Has 2-7 years of experience in Design, Cost Estimates and QS oriented: (HVAC systems and/or piping systems, MEPFS, Heat load calculation, duct sizing, HAP by Carirer), (Dialux, voltage drop and short circuit calculation), (CCTV, structured cabling, FDAS, Fire Alarm and Access Conrol)
Strong skills with the use of Autocad.
Knowledge in planswift software is a plus.
Knowledge in local and international codes (Philippine codes, ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.)
Willing to work in Makati
