- Communicating efficiently with clients: providing quotations, processing orders, and responding to messages;
- Handling some sensitive issues, such as when a client needs a polite reminder to pay an overdue invoice; and
- Helping our clients to use our online platform, and encourage them to try out its many useful functions.
- A university degree graduate of Business or any related course
- Some work experience in a similar position (at least 1 year)
- Open to fresh graduates who are highly trainable
- Good command of the English language
