Responsible for setting corrective action and preventive measure to assure and maintain the Front of line yield performance. (Wafer saw, Die attach & Wirebond). Handles all Die Attach technology process (Eutectic, Soft Solder, and Epoxy technology)
Develop and optimize efficient manufacturing processes.
Implement new systems and technologies for process enhancement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quality standards.
Provide technical support and training to production staff.
Maintain documentation in compliance with industry regulations.
