As we continue to expand our reach and enhance our offerings, we are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Officer to join our team. This role is pivotal in forging strategic partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, and affiliates across the globe and elevating our brand image. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and Target Potential Partners: Research and identify potential travel agents and affiliates that align with our business objectives and target market. - Outreach and Relationship Building: Initiate contact with potential partners through various channels such as emails, calls, and networking events. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. - Negotiation and Agreement: Collaborate with partners to negotiate mutually beneficial agreements, including terms of partnership, commission structures, and promotional activities. - Partnership Management: Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing any concerns, providing support, and ensuring the successful implementation of partnership agreements. - Onboarding and Training: Guide partners through the onboarding process, providing necessary training and resources to ensure their success in promoting our products/services. - Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor partner performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Work closely with partners to optimize their performance and maximize revenue generation. - Affiliate Recruitment: Develop strategies to attract targeted affiliates to join our affiliates portal. Create compelling pitches and promotional materials to attract potential affiliates. - Affiliate Portal Management: Oversee the affiliates portal, ensuring it is user-friendly and equipped with necessary resources for affiliates to promote our offerings effectively. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or affiliate marketing within the travel industry. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets and driving results.
