Job Description The role is responsible in managing and directing the team of architects/designers. The role is responsible for providing creative strategies, mentoring and guiding team members, attending project meetings, ensuring timely delivery of designs, assigning tasks, and executing creative material. Key Responsibilities Responsible for managing the Design Team, overseeing the process on projects. Design management with the project team (from Planning to Post-Construction). Responsible for developing ideas and proposals to build on land. Main coordination and design review with project consultants, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and LGUs when necessary. Preparing architectural designs, sketch plans, perspectives. Reporting/Presentation of project status and designs with the project team. Scheduling of project timelines in relation to project requirements. Setting standards on all projects, in accordance to project requirements, building codes/laws and local govt. ordinances. Leadership in providing technical solutions and value engineering, to derive an optimized project cost. Minimum Qualifications Graduate in Architecture, or any equivalent course. At least 5-10 years of experience in Design/Architectural Management (Planning to Post Construction) or related tasks. At least 4-7 years in Urban Planning or Master Planning Experience. In Design/Architectural Management: 5 years (Preferred). Board Passer - License in Architecture Urban Planner / Master Planner
